The sign for Barnies Coffee was fabricated from 1.5" thick High-Density Urethane. The border and small copy was routed and finished with 23k gold leaf. The "B" was cut from 3/4" HDU and gilded. "BARNIE'S" and "CAFE" were cut from 3/4" HDU and painted. The sign was mounted on concealed brackets on the facade on the canopy of the historic Bates Mill #6
